New GM 1500 Products Available
Dirt King Fabrication is proud to launch/announce the all-new product line for the 2019 GM 1500 platforms. We have been hard at work designing our new product line up to allow you to take your 1500 to the next level. We now offer upper control arms, bumpers, bed cages, as well as long travel suspension systems for the Silverado 1500s and Sierra 1500s. Take a closer look at the new line-up!
Ball Joint Upper Control Arms | DK-636901
For our new Ball Joint Upper Control Arms we start with 4130 Chromoly tubing and utilize heavy-duty Moog ball joints to replace the weak factory ball joints. For the inner pivots, we used durable urethane bushings with grease fittings for easy servicing. All of the components on our upper control arms are rebuild-able or replaceable to make this product last a lifetime.

Heim Upper Control Arms | DK-636903
For our new Heim Upper Control Arms we constructed them with a boxed plate design. The outer pivots utilize 1” stainless steel uniballs for maximum strength and increased articulation. For the inner pivots, we are using heavy duty ¾” FK heims for additional camber and caster adjustability. The heims also feature dust seals to keep them protected from the elements.

Long Travel Kit | DK-636908
The Long Travel Kit is compatible with 2WD models and 4WD models along with the purchase of our extended axle shafts. This suspension system allows for 12” of travel and accepts up to 37” tires. Our upper and lower arms are designed with heavy duty Moog ball joints which are low maintenance and easily serviceable. The lower arms are tabbed to accommodate for coilovers, bypasses, bump stops, and limit straps.

Prefabricated Bed Cage | DK-632828
The Prefab Bed Cage takes up minimal bed space while not compromising strength. Accessory mounting holes are incorporated into the center section of the cage to mount dust lights and flag whips. The entire kit bolts together and mounts to the frame after four brackets are welded on. It can be installed with leaf over or leaf under spring packs.

Plate Rear Bumper | DK-636826
The Dirt King plate rear bumper increases ground clearance and improves appearance. The bumper works with factory or fiberglass bedsides. Bedsides will need to be cut at an angle to match the bumper's profile.
Prerunner Front Bumper | DK-636920
The Dirt King prerunner bumper is a perfect addition to any off road 2019+ Silverado 1500. It gives the front end that finishing touch as well as providing a strong structure to withstand the punishment seen off roading.
