Parts Included
1. Remove rear shocks
a. Safely support the vehicle by the frame and support the rear axle.
b. Remove lower shock hardware.

2. Continue removing shock hardware
a. Remove upper shock hardware.
b. Remove shock from vehicle.

3. Clearance frame
a. Remove approximately 1/8" of material from the shock mount as shown in the image.
b. Paint any bare metal and allow the paint to fully cure.

4. Install Dirt King upper shock mount
a. Install top of shock to the upper mount using the factory hardware and torque to 70 ft-lbs.

5. Install Dirt King Lower shock mount
a. Install bottom of shock into lower mount using the factory hardware and torque to 118 ft-lbs.

6. Remove the factory component
a. Remove the factory spacer on the axle.

7. Install 1.5" rear blocks (2019-2024) (Square U-bolts)
a. Remove the factory u-bolts and 2-inch lift blocks and replace them with 1.5-inch lift blocks and new U-bolts.
b. Torque the U-Bolts to factory specifications: first pass = 59 ft-lbs, second pass = loosen 180 degrees, third pass = 59 ft-lbs, final pass = 120-140 degrees.

8. Install 1.5" rear blocks (2025+)(Round U-bolts)
a. Remove the factory u-bolts and 2-inch lift blocks.
b. Use a C-Clamp on both sides of the center pin to hold the leaf pack together and remove the center nut.
c. Remove the round u-bolt top plate.

9. Install 1.5" rear blocks (2025+)(Round U-bolts) Continued
a. Reinstall the center nut on the leaf springs and torque to 88 ft-lbs. Remove C-Clamps.
b. Install the included square u-bolt top plate, 1.5-inch lift block, and u-bolts.
c. Torque the U-Bolts to factory specifications: first pass = 59 ft-lbs, second pass = loosen 180 degrees, third pass = 59 ft-lbs, final pass = 120-140 degrees.

10. Install the Bump Stop Spacer
a. Temporarilly remove the factory bumpstop.
b. Install the new bump stop spacer between the factory bump stop and the frame. Torque to 40 ft-lbs.
c. Review your work and repeat these steps on the other side of the vehicle.

11. Review your work
a. Reinstall your wheels and torque the lug nuts to your wheel manufacturer's specifications.
b. Retorque leaf springs after 500 miles of driving.
