1. Raise vehicle and prepare for installation

a. Safely secure the vehicle on a flat, level surface. Chock the rear wheels and raise the front of the vehicle. Support the frame with jack stands.

2. Remove OEM sway bar links

a. Remove the hardware attaching the sway bar to the lower control arm.

b. Remove the sway bar links.

3. Loosen sway bar

a. Loosen the sway bar at the chassis.

b. Do not fully remove the hardware. This will help with the install of the new Dirt King sway bar links.

4. Install new Dirt King sway bar links

a. Insert the heim with the tapered adapter into the sway bar.

b. Insert the opposite end onto the lower control arm.

c. Torque the heim hardware to 95 ft lbs.

5. Reinstall sway bar at chassis

a. Reinstall the sway bar hardware at the chassis.

b. Torque to OEM specification: 95 ft lbs.

6. Repeat steps on other side

a. Check your work and repeat steps on the other side.

b. Reinstall wheels and torque the lug nuts per your manufacturer’s specifications.
