Parts Included
1. Raise the vehicle and mark factory alignment
a. Safely jack up the front of the vehicle so the tires are off the ground and support the chassis with jack stands.
b. Mark the factory cam bolt position using a paint pen on the pin and eccentric cam.

2. Remove factory cam hardware (one side at a time)
a. Loosen both alignment cam bolts but do not remove them.
b. Fully remove the front alignment cam hardware.

3. Install Dirt King cam plates
a. Position the Dirt King cam plate onto the forward mount.
b. Reinstall the OEM cam bolt to verify alignment. Adjust the Dirt King cam plate as needed to match the paint pen mark with the pin.
c. Remove the OEM bolt and cam plate, leaving the Dirt King cam plate in place.

4. Remove factory front eccentric plate
a. Support the eccentric plate using a large socket behind the bolt head.
b. Tap the end of the bolt, pushing the bolt head into the socket and freeing the cam plate.

5. Install and snug OEM hardware
a. Reinstall the OEM alignment bolt through the Dirt King cam plate.
b. Install the rear cam plate and snug the hardware without fully tightening it.
c. Repeat these steps for the remaining three alignment cams.

6. Lower vehicle and torque hardware
a. Lower the vehicle to rest on its own weight once all cams are installed and snug.
b. Torque all four nuts to the factory spec of 210 ft-lbs.
c. If the vehicle has ADAS, ensure recalibration is performed at a certified facility.
