Warranty Revision

Warranty Duration:

Dirt King warrants their shock absorbers to the original retail purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of the original retail purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

Coverage:

This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. If during the warranty period, the product is found to be defective, Dirt King will repair, replace, or refund the product at their discretion.

Warranty Conditions:

To be eligible for warranty service, the product must.

  • Be installed in accordance with Dirt King’s installation guidelines.
  • Not have been modified, altered, or subject to misuse, negligence, or accident.
  • Not have been exported out of the United States of America or Canada.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Finish, appearance, or cosmetic issues.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or service.
  • Incidental or consequential damages including labor costs, transportation costs, or loss of use.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Visit our website at dirtkingshocks.com/pages/warranty.
  2. Complete the warranty claim form with all required information.
  3. Ship the product to Dirt King for inspection, at your expense.

Limitation of Liability:

Dirt King’s obligation under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Dirt King is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, transportation costs, or loss of use.

Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Dirt King is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Entire Agreement:

This warranty contains the entire agreement between Dirt King and the original retail purchaser with respect to the warranty on the shock absorbers, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Dirt King stands behind the quality and performance of their products and is committed to providing customers with an exceptional experience.
