How does it work?

BEADLOCK creates a hard sacrificial barrier on your wheels and suspension which shields the abuse coming from brake dust, dirt and UV rays.

BEADLOCK contains SiO2 (silica dioxide) which is the primary component of glass and is what gives glass strength and hardness, but unlike glass we have blended in a proprietary formulation of elastic polymers, which allow the microscopic surface to flex. With this blended SiO2 chemistry BEADLOCK provides a far more durable and hydrophobic layer than any wax or sealant because it cures as a hardened layer of protection while maintaining the ability to absorb impacts and flex with the surface it's applied to.

This easy-to-apply coating is specifically designed to protect your wheels and suspension components from the unique conditions they see both on and off-road. Whether you simply cruise the pavement or get down in the dirt BEADLOCK coating can take the abuse. Safe for all finishes including raw metals, chrome, powder coat, anodized and painted surfaces.

The big question...How long does it last?

BEADLOCK should easily last a year with proper maintenance. Most wheel coatings make exaggerated claims they last for years and they fall short. We've seen this happen with ones tested at our shop. We'd rather give you a conservative durability time frame and educate you on how to properly maintain the wheels after applying so you get the most out of the products potential. Now, if you neglect your wheels after applying by cleaning them with cheap wheel cleaners or degreasers - you're gonna shorten the life span of the coating. If you clean them properly with Shift Soap, Cool Guy wheel cleaner (only when needed) and keep them boosted with Punch-It synergy spray - you will benefit from the maximum life span of the coating. Lastly, the longevity of BEADLOCK depends on the environmental conditions the wheels are exposed to. If your wheels go through a harsh winter with snow and salted roads, you should re-apply BEADLOCK once spring rolls around. If you experience normal driving conditions like occasional rain and hard pavement, you're only dealing with road grime and brake dust - make it something you re-apply annually.

Maintenance:

After BEADLOCK has been applied to the surface there's really no need to use our Cool Guy wheel cleaner unless you have neglected the wheel for a few weeks and the brake dust has built up. Make up a bucket of our SHIFT soap and water to clean the coated surfaces. Always use a soft wash mitt to ensure safe cleaning.

After each cleaning, apply PUNCH-IT synergy spray to maintain the layer of BEADLOCK. This keep the coated surface slick and hydrophobic.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Dirt King ships their products within the United States and Internationally. Most products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders that exceed $500 require a signature confirmation. On bulk orders contact Dirt King for a freight quote. The customer is responsible for import taxes and fees on international shipments.

Damaged or Missing Parts

In an instance where you receive a damaged package a claim must be made with Dirt King. The claim can be submitted by sending an email to sales@dirtkingfabrication.com containing photos of the damaged packages and damaged products. The email must also include your order number as well. Do not discard any of the original packaging or try installing the products.
While every precaution is taken there could be a case where you are missing parts. If this happens please send an email to sales@dirtkingfabrication.com with your order number, list of missing parts, photo of the package or packages, and a photo of the quality control tag located on the back of the box.
If the shipping carrier losses your package please contact Dirt King. A claim will be filled with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over this situation and must wait for the carrier to process the claim.

Freight Shipping

The customer must contact Dirt King to arrange for freight shipping. Dirt King will palletize the order and the customer can deal directly with the freight carrier if preferred. The shipment can be delivered to a home or business. The customer must be present for the delivery to inspect and sign for the package. Before signing confirm that you received all items listed on the packing slip

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returns are only accepted within 30 days.
Product must have been purchased from us and not a dealer.
A 3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
On shipped orders a 7% restocking fee and a 3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
We are not responsible for return shipping or refunding the original shipping amount on shipped orders.
Products with optional powder coat, such as bumpers, hitches, and bed cages, are subject to a 7% restocking fee and a 3% processing fee. If the order is canceled before the product is powder-coated, then the 7% restocking fee can be waived
Parts must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
No returns on damaged or installed components.
Refunds will be issued within two business days after the parts have been received and inspected.
Custom and clearance products are non-refundable.
Crypto orders will be refunded the same coin amount that was paid originally.

DIRT KING WARRANTY

Dirt King Fabrication warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty applies to Dirt King products under normal use and service and is valid for the original purchaser only.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

If a Dirt King product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Dirt King will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, racing, or normal wear and tear.
All warranty claims must be submitted to Dirt King for review. Please contact sales@dirtkingfabrication.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and any damage or defect.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover products that have been improperly installed, altered, modified, or damaged through misuse or an accident. Dirt King is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or use of products outside their intended application.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by improper maintenance are also not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To submit a warranty claim, please contact sales@dirtkingfabrication.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a detailed description of the issue. Do not discard or modify the product before your claim has been reviewed.
Dirt King will review each claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
